Contact Radstudy

Reach the team for product questions, technical issues, or school-level access. We read every message; response time depends on volume and complexity. You never need to apologize for asking—clear questions with your device, browser, and what you expected versus what happened get the fastest useful replies.

Where to write

General & learner support: support@radstudy.com — account questions, billing where applicable, study workflow inside Radstudy, or feedback on content clarity.

Technical issues (login, bugs, uploads): tech@radstudy.com — errors, blank screens, broken links, or anything that smells like a defect. Include steps to reproduce if you can; screenshots help when they do not contain sensitive patient data.

Institutions & programs: institutions@radstudy.com — cohort access, administrative contacts, or pilots coordinated with a school.

What we cannot decide for you

For eligibility, exam registration, official blueprints, fees, and disciplinary or academic policies, your program office and CAMRT remain the source of truth. Radstudy staff cannot interpret CAMRT rules on your behalf or comment on individual eligibility cases.

Before you hit send

  • Try a private/incognito window once to rule out extensions blocking scripts.
  • Confirm you are on the latest browser version your device supports.
  • If login fails, check spam filters for verification mail and ensure caps lock is not altering your password.

Learners under acute mental-health crisis should contact local emergency or crisis services first—email is not a suitable channel when safety is immediate.
